Caillou (Каю) — канадский мультипликационный сериал для детей.

Caillou (Каю) – еще один замечательный мультипликационный сериал для маленьких детей. На этот раз канадский.

И хотя мультфильм часто называют обучающим, целью его не стоит обучить английскому языку. Он скорее поучительный. Он показывает малышам окружающий мир, учит, как перестать бояться темноты, ценить те или иные вещи, показывает важность терпения, как быть хорошим другом, хорошим братом, и другие важные факты из жизни.

Все приключения и открытия происходят с 4х-летним мальчиком по имени Каю (Caillou) и его семьей: мамой, папой, младшей сестрой и котом по имени Гилберт.

Каждый эпизод представляет собой отдельную историю, в конце которой подводится поучительный итог.

Этот мультипликационный сериал переведен на многие языки, включая русский и украинский. Но, конечно же, для нас представляет интерес оригинальная английская озвучка.

Язык довольно простой и понятный, хотя, на мой взгляд, немного проигрывает в этом плане (в «понятности») обучающему сериалу The Baby Triplets или британскому мультфильму Peppa Pig, но, тем не менее, будет полезен деткам, изучающим английский язык.
